From the first meeting to the final installation Sean was the model of helpfulness and understanding. We now had a clear understanding of what was needed, how much it was likely to cost and a date for work to begin. It was all-round professional and a sensible price for the work. We are getting warm again thanks to Sean's excellent work and sense of humour. Many thanks.
Sean and Barry were fantastic, not just with the installation but with all the help beforehand. Sean supported us in acquiring the right materials and equipment. Very happy with our installation and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend theirs services.
Sean has installed our first ever log burner and really went the extra mile to make sure we got something that we loved - he even took delivery to his home address when our original date/time fell through. He is clearly passionate about what he does and this is reflected in the depth of knowledge he has - not just about the stove itself but all the associated things you need to know - how to properly care for it, types of wood to go for, how to build up from first burn to full use etc. We've rarely come across someone who is so keen to do the best possible job for his customers and we can't recommend him (and not forgetting Barry!) highly enough.
Sean installed our stove that we had supplied ourselves plus a hearth. Great service. Constantly informative and helpful with high quality work. Very happy with the insatallation
Sean installed our stove and hearth 8 years ago and it's still going strong! Cant fault the install (and I'm very particular) Every year he's in contact to make sure we're serviced and safe. Cleans and tests the unit and always leaves the area spotless!
Have already recommended to numerous other people looking for a stove after seeing our install.. If you're looking for an install or clean and service I can't recommend Sean highly enough.
Really great service from Sean, he listened to what I was trying to achieve as I wanted to keep as much of the period features of the existing fireplace as possible and he managed it brilliantly. He recommended a good stove at a reasonable price too. He also managed to match the tiles of the original fireplace too. Really pleased with the result.
Great service from Sean and Barry. Helpful and impartial advice about what we needed and options, pragmatic and sensible soultions with no hard sell. Organised cherry-picker for access and turned up on-time (which is always helpful!) to install and complete the job. Left site clean and tidy - and even checked the roof and refixed a tile for me while they were up there. What you hope for when you book a tradesman - someone who knows what they are doing and understands the meaning of customer service too. Would definitely recommend. Thx Sean
Thank you Sean & Barry . We really appreciate all your help ,advice and hard work fitting our new wood stove. We would highly recommend you to anyone who wants to get one fitted. We love our new stove! Thanks again.
How refreshing to have two, professional tradesmen who know what they are doing. Sean and Barry were a joy to have in our home, installing a new log burner. Thoroughly recommended!
